This depends on the the order quantity and models. our normal lead time is 10-15
working days. We will let you know the estimated lead time after payment as soon
as possible.

This will depend on the size and weight of your order and the method of shipping,
When inquired about shipping charges, we will need the detailed infos such as the

Q6. Are there any testing be done before shipment?
A: Each item have passed the resist shock testing, electrostatic protection testing
and 2 hours aging testing.
Q7. OEM service is accepted?
A: Yes, OEM service is available.
Q8. What’s the Warranty?
A: 14 months in HID and 24 months in LED.
Q9. Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty?
A: No, you don't need to send it back for warranty.Please provide us the pictures or
videos if there is any quality problem during this period.We will /confirm/i the issue
soon, then you need to cut wires or destroy the defects and show us picture and
videos again.If any damage happens not caused by misuse or vandalism, then
we'll send you a new one.
